Attorneys at law Ratiolex Ltd. is a limited liability company specialising in solving legal issues. We offer sound legal solutions to both private individuals and corporate entities by preventing legal problems from ever arising and if required we will handle any and all legal problems that may require attention.
Our office belongs to the Finnish Bar Association. We comply with the rules and regulations of the Finnish Bar Association governing legal ethics and conduct.
In our business we strive to identify and to understand the needs and objectives of our clients. We always carry out our assignments with utmost confidentiality and effectiveness as well as flexibility in accordance with the needs of our clients. We constantly develop our services and our core competencies to benefit our clients.
Clients
In the year 2009 the assignments of Ratiolex mainly consisted of serving growing and internationalizing companies in commercial and corporate matters as well as labour law, housing and real estate related legal issues of private clients. Our office represented its corporate clients successfully in dispute resolution assignments before courts and arbitral tribunals and different domestic and international contractual arrangements.
The annual growth of our clientele has regularly been increasing and in the upcoming year 2010 we shall focus in serving domestic SMEs and family companies and foreign corporations in their business areas, both in Finland and abroad.
Seminar and training events
The lawyers of Ratiolex lecture regularly on legal topics and other recent legal issues for different companies and banks.
